To comment at the meeting: Members of the public are invited to address the managers on any watershed matter or concern that is not otherwise on the agenda. Please limit your comments to three (3) minutes or less. If the matter or concern you are raising requires further attention from the board, the managers will schedule it for a future agenda. The managers will take no action on matters raised during the public open forum.

Interested persons may address the managers on an agenda item at the chair’s discretion. If you would like to address a matter on the agenda for the meeting, please email the administrator prior to 4 p.m. on the day of the meeting at esniegowski@ninemilecreek.org and provide your name, address, and phone number and identify the agenda item you wish to speak on. If you are representing a group, please consider appointing one person to provide comments on behalf of the group, unless a member has something different to add. Please limit your comments to no more than three (3) minutes.
