The District is excited to welcome Ani Kruse as the new summer intern for 2022. She has only been here a week and already been out on multiple school program visits and made a few new educational activities for the District! She’s off to a great start, and we are excited to work with her for the summer.

Ani joins the district after finishing her second year at the University of Minnesota College of Design where she is working towards a Bachelors of Landscape Architecture with minors in Interdisciplinary Design and Horticulture. As a native of Hopkins, MN she hopes to apply her interests in sustainability and design to her role as 2022’s summer intern. In her free time, Ani enjoys spending time outside camping, hiking, and canoeing at Minnesota’s many parks beautiful parks or doing arts and crafts at home. Ani plans to finish her degree and continue to be involved in sustainable design in the future.
