About: The City of Bloomington and the Nine Mile Creek Watershed District are hosting a meeting to talk about the Penn Lake Management Framework and current water quality study being conducted. Following presentations on the management framework and water quality study, staff from the City of Bloomington, Nine Mile Creek Watershed District, and Barr Engineering Company will be available to answer questions.
