NOTICE OF ADOPTED AMENDMENTS TO THE DISTRICT’S RULES EFFECTIVE December 20, 2023

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Managers of the Nine Mile Creek Watershed District (NMCWD) adopted revisions to the NMCWD Rules on Wednesday, December 20, 2023. The amended NMCWD Rules are effective for all applications completed on or after January 1, 2024.

When rule revisions were proposed, a public comment period was open October 17, 2023 to December 11, 2023, and a public hearing held December 7, 2023.
