Letters of Interest for Professional Services

The Nine Mile Creek Watershed District (NMCWD), pursuant to Minnesota Statute 103B.227, Sub. 5, is soliciting letters of interest for legal, professional, or technical consultant services. The Nine Mile Creek Watershed District consulting positions are as follows: accountant, attorney, auditor (fiscal years 2026 and 2027), and engineer. Letters should include background information on the firm, along with information as to expertise in watershed district matters, billing rates for July 2026-June 2028, and names and qualifications of personnel who would provide services to NMCWD.
