Nine Mile Creek Watershed District staff and managers were honored to accept an award for 60 years of watershed management from the Minnesota Association of Watershed Districts (MAWD).

As the fourth watershed district formed in the state, the Nine Mile Creek Watershed District has accomplished many improvement projects since its inception. From mitigating flood risk, to improving water quality in our lakes and creek, we are committed to protecting and managing the natural and water resources in our District for everyone’s benefit.
