About the Popup Education Cart

The cart was designed by local artists Patrick McKennan and Troy Gallas of ThreeSeven and Amanda Lovelee. The cart was funded by a Hennepin County AIS Prevention grant. This program is a partnership between the Nine Mile Creek Watershed District, the City of Bloomington and Hennepin County.
